Peerless Promotions is the company for your promotional needs. The customer service is one of a kind and the prices are wonderful. We had a summer camp and needed t shirts for our campers, visors and water bottles. We were able to provide all our campers with all of these items on our budget and had money left over for a cook out. The quality of the products is a very high quality. I am a blood donor recruiter at Scott & White Hospital. We have worked with several promotion companies and none of them excel at customer service as Peerless Promotions. Regardless of the item I ask for, Sally Nelson is quick to get us a quote and visual on each item. If we like that item, she will have it shipped so we can see how it looks and feels and just the overall quality of the item.
We have been working with Sally since the beginning part of November 2008 and so far she has already provided us with our awards for our annual donor banquet, squeezies and we have advance orders on our monthly items up until the summer months. Sally always beats the competitor’s quotes and that is important during the budget constraints we have been put under due to the economy.
I can’t say enough about Sally’s service. No matter how many changes we want on an item, it is always the same answer, “no problem, I will get that to you quickly”. If we went with our other two promotional companies for these items it would take at least two weeks to get a price quote, then a few days for a proof, let alone any necessary changes would take longer. The longest I have had to wait on a quote from Sally is probably two hours, and that was for an extensive list of items that we wanted to choose from for awards during our annual banquet shopping.

I choose Peerless Promotions for 3 main reasons. First, is the availability of product samples. The samples were sent to me for review timely and were quality items to make a choice the first time. Second, is the assistance in creating the printing layouts and color schemes. The Peerless Promotions team took the time needed to validate the accuracy of the color scheme, spelling, and print layouts before sending the proofs. Third, I had to only deal with one individual from start to finish. It is evident there is a since of pride in ownership of the work Sally Nelson performs.

Peerless promotions made asking my Fiance to marry me a very fun and memorable day. I called them with just a rough idea in mind for a t-shirt for the students in my Fiances classroom so they could all wear a t-shirt when i asked my fiance to marry me in her classroom. They had some great new ideas which really changed the whole day for me and they were so easy to work with. T-shirts were here on time and and kids loved them, they also worked with me on price since i was just a one man team with no company budget. I have worked with Peerless Promotions for over a year now, and it has been a wonderful experience. Sally Nelson is the queen of customer service! No one compares to the level of service she provides to her customers. In January, Sally sent me a list of items to choose from as a thank you for all of our business in 2009. There were so many items that it took me over a month to pick the one I wanted. I chose a studded Michael Kors wallet. I do not know of any other company who offers items of that quality FREE to their customers just to say thanks. This is only one example as to why I will continue to use Peerless Promotions and Sally Nelson as the go to for all of my promotional needs.

Peerless Promotions offered us their services regarding our school Field Day t shirts. We gave them our information to put on the shirts and Peerless went above and beyond to create and design a very well put together t shirt. The color choices of the t shirt, the quality of the shirt and the branding was spot on.
